Yesterday, for our first non-busy Saturday in several weeks, we decided to take the kids to "Imagination Station" in Collegedale for some fun. It is a massive wooden playground with a walking trail around it. There also a couple of train cars for kids to play in and "drive." Hudson especially loved to see the "choo-choo." There was so much to play on, and the kids seemed to have a lot of fun. Mommy and Daddy did too! It was nice to have a fun-filled, laid-back day as a family.

This park had an awesome Veterans' Park just down the trail. It had a tank and a helicopter as well as monuments in honor of the military and flags representing the nation.
We had a little picnic lunch in the Veterans' Park as we listened to the sound of all of the flags flapping in the wind.
We had such a great time being together and doing something fun and different!
