Our Fun-filled Halloween Weekend

We had a really busy weekend. It all started with a cookie and cupcake decorating playgroup at our house. The kids loved it.....sweets before lunch!. The women enjoyed it too. It's always nice to get together and talk. And, even better, all the kids played nice. They are so sweet. I only got a couple of pictures.

Friday night we were off to Dream Ranch for the Ainsworth's Costume Party. It's always so much fun. I'm proud of my babies once again for being sweet and staying out late without meltdowns. Mommy and Daddy got to talk and have a good time.
For those of you who didn't watch tennis years ago, Rodney is John McEnroe.

On Saturday, we went to Mountain Lakes campground on the lake to spend the day with Aunt Glenda and Uncle Jimmy. It was so much fun. I wasn't ready to leave at nap time, so Daddy laid down with the kids in the camper. They had an awesome nap...all on one bed! I was thrilled!
The kids had so much fun on the playground.

Hudson's favorite thing was to toss rocks onto the slides. Silly boy.
We got to ride around on the golf carts. Another thing the kids really enjoyed.

Hudson even got to drive too.

After naps and the cake walk we had some yummy campfire s'mores. Hannah absolutely LOVED them. And so did the adults of course! Hudson was content with the graham crackers.

Uncle Jimmy melted our marshmallows by the fire.

Saturday night we took the kids trick-or-treating on our street. This is the only picture I could get of the two of them.
We had an action-packed weekend. The kids really enjoy having lots of things to do and behave so well when we are out doing things. We are proud of them. We should do this stuff a lot more often!
