On October 20th we went to Riceville to Guthrie Pumpkin Farms to visit the Pumpkin Patch. This is my favorite family outing of the year! I ADORE Fall and fall decor, leaves changing color, pumpkins, hay, corn stalks, and most of all-my little pumpkins dressed in pumpkin attire at the pumpkin patch. Thankfully, there is lots to do and fun to be had so it's not just a photo op.
Our three sweet kids (P.S. Ignore the Daddy/spotter who thinks he is ducking out of the picture)
Andrew's first visit to the Pumpkin Patch!
The boy- Hudson picked his pumpkin out right away. He grabbed the closest to where he paused and snatched it up knowing it was good enough.
The girl- After inspecting literally every pumpkin in the field, she picked one out as we neared the end of the field on the way back to the hayride to leave. It would have to do.
I love this picture of my little man!
They had a great time bouncing around on these jumping balls! It kept them entertained for a long time!
Daddy had to get in on that action!
Our sweet littlest guy and Mommy
The ropes were fun too!
There was also the big double slide that we love, but it's a little harder to get good pictures of that activity.....that and Mommy had to feed Andrew before we hit the road for home.
On the way home, we got a great surprise and found out that family was coming through town on their way home from Gatlinburg and wanted to see us.
Nana, Uncle Jimmy, Aunt Tam, Uncle John, and Jason stopped by our house and spent about an hour with us before heading back to AL. We're so glad they did!
