Well, it's been a little while since my last post, and I wanted to at least post some pictures.
Here is Hannah with her friend, Hannah Grace, in the nursery. So sweet!
I took this picture of the kids a couple of weeks ago. They were in need of something different to keep them busy (since their toys seem to be invisible sometimes), so I whipped out "Old Faithful," otherwise known as the laundry basket.
I snapped this picture of Hudson the other day after church thinking that I hardly ever get pictures of the kids in their cute church clothes.
Cheeeeeeeese!
As for a couple of new things the kids are doing, Hannah prays regularly for "a baby sister when I get bigger." And, to answer a question I have been asked a couple of times already since sharing that story, "No, I'm not pregnant." On a very exciting note, Hudson has finally started talking!!! He says "Dada" a lot, "Mama" on occasion, and "cookie" (with almost perfect pronunciation). He still calls Elmo, his crib buddy, "Ba" for some reason but that is what he has named him. A lot of others things are still "Guh-guh", usually meaning dump truck or big truck since that is what he points out and talks about most of the time. Oh, he says "choo-choo" too. Funny story.....the other day Hudson wanted a cookie and pointed to the counter where they were, then brought his pointed finger to his face and said, "cookie....eh...my...mow" (in my mouth), then put his finger in his mouth to demonstrate what he wanted to do with it. It was hilarious! I just think it's the funniest thing that he has been saying only a handful of words regularly for only the last week and chooses "cookie in my mouth" as his first phrase. The boy has had like 4 or 5 cookies in his life. I guess he know what he likes, and who can blame him?
