Visit to Albertville and Sweet Little Friends

August 13, 2011 Post:

We had the opportunity to travel back "home" to Albertville for our sweet friend, Ava's, 4th birthday party , and we had such a good visit!

The 13th was also mine and Rodney's 6th wedding anniversary. We didn't get to celebrate that weekend but went out on a date the next week.

While we were in Albertville we spent the weekend at Jimmy and Glenda's, aka Uncle Jimmy and Nana's, house. It was so nice to spend time with family. We miss them!

Hannah, Lilly Joy, Hannah Grace, and Ava

at Ava's Painting Party at Groovy Gallery.

These sweet girls! I'm so sad Hannah doesn't get to see them much anymore!

Hannah getting her face painted. She wanted a purple glittery heart.

She was so focused on painting the high heel shoe she picked out. She meticulously painted it in true Hannah style-as colorful as possible!

Hudson was surprisingly determined during the painting. He covered his little car, and it turned out so cute too! Now when he sees it on his dresser he calls out, "Car paint, hold it!"

We had so much fun seeing our sweet friends again at Ava's party. It was a great time of fellowship and fun.

I had to include this sweet picture of the kids "helping" Uncle Jimmy shell peas while we were there.

I wish we could visit more often!
