TCPS Fall Festival

October 7, 2011 Post:

Hannah's school, Tennessee Christian Preparatory School, had its annual Fall Festival on October 7th. I was able to help some and be involved, and we joined the hundreds of people there for a night of fun.

We tried to dress in theme. The only thing we had were these vests and hats. The kids enjoyed dressing up to go.

We did the pony rides first. Giddy up!

Hannah was unsure at first, but after Hudson hopped on she was into it.

Hudson's favorite part was the petting zoo. This pig was tied up outside the petting zoo fence. It was just there eating grass and Hudson walked up to it and grabbed its face. Thankfully, the pig didn't mind at all.

Next came the chickens. He just picked one up and held it. I was a little surprised at how gently he was. After this he was really annoyed that that the duck didn't want to be held and chased it around the pen. So funny!

Mini hoop- look at that form! He was quite good at it. Maybe we have a little basketball player???

Hannah loved the caterpillar. (Notice that the kids exit out of the rear end!)

Carousel ride

The ping pong ball toss game was fun too!

After fun and games and some hot dogs, the kids and Rodney went home while I stayed to help with the auction. I got some awesome gift certificates!

I love doing things like this as a family. The kids are so great and fun to take to places like this!
