Hudson is a whole year old today!!!!!!! I can't believe it's been a whole year since he was born. It has been a whirlwind. I feel like I missed so much, partly because he has grown so fast and partly because he is one of two kids I guess.
To celebrate we went to the Bakery for cupcakes. I didn't really expect much from Hudson but......
he went after that cupcake!
He was trying to grab it as I unwrapped it. Having not had anything sweet before, I didn't know if he would even eat any of it. Boy, did he show me!
He absolutely loved it!
Icing was flying everywhere as he tore into it. Finger licking good!
I think he would've eaten the whole thing, but I cut him off.
We are so thankful for our sweet little boy. He is such a blessing. It makes us so happy to experience how adventurous, brave, sweet, funny, cuddly, laid-back, and adorable he is. We will give him his birthday gifts from Mommy and Daddy tonight and celebrate with our family and friends at his monkey birthday party on Saturday. I can't wait!
