The Nina and the Pinta

On October 19th Hannah's class (actually the whole lower school) went on a field trip to Chattanooga to see replicas of the Nina and the Pinta at the Riverwalk.
I was glad to be able to go with Hannah, and Andrew did very well. It was such a nice day!

I don't know what she's doing in this picture, but I decided to include it anyway
since I actually had someone take a picture with me in it.

Hannah, Elizabeth, Ryann, and Kelianne

Andrew thought the boats were pretty amazing too!

After seeing the ships, the class stayed busy by playing on the playground while the other classes took their tour.

Hannah, her classmates, and other kids from different classes were so sweet with Andrew. At least a half dozen times I caught a kid holding his hand, helping him along or playing with him. It was very cute. It made me really appreciate the mild-mannered and sweet kids at TCPS.

I snapped this picture right before Andrew hit his head on the divider between the two sides of the slide.
I should've seen that coming!

They played duck-duck-goose too.

And then it was on to Coolidge Park for a picnic lunch.
It's such a beautiful park.

Andrew loved the blue rhino.
Then I had one tired little toddler and a very hyped-up girl. It was a great day, but a tiring one. These teachers are amazing to do what they do every day!
