Hannah's 3rd Grade Year

May 2016
Hannah was such a trooper this year. She was sad to leave TCPS and begin homeschooling, though she didn't want to say it because she also liked the idea of being at home and having more time with me. She worked independently a lot. Thankfully, she picked up on the two hardest subjects very easily, English and Math. It was hard with Andrew and Wyatt to care for as well, but the adjustment was good because of how hard Hannah worked to comply and do the right thing. We are so proud of her!
I'm afraid I didn't get many pictures of school-related activities and consistently forgot my camera on our CC community days, but I managed to capture a lot of our outings.

On first day of CC, she did an improvised presentation!  And made a new friend, day one.

One of the many ways she does her schoolwork around the house

Attending a rodeo with the Frontier Girls

Attending the lovely wedding of Christina, her piano teacher

Making dinner for the family- mummy dogs in honor of our ancient times study.

Roller skating with the Frontier Girls. She skates with such perseverance.

A little look inside the CC classroom- one of the boys brought an animal skull for his presentation.

Sewing a pillow with the Frontier Girls troop

She sewed independently and did a fantastic job!
