Hudson's Last Days at TCPS

End of May, 2016

Hudson wrapped up his last days of 1st Grade. It was sad to see it end. He really grew up a lot in the last year. He also learned a whole lot. He made high As in everything and was quick to finish all of his work. It was a great year.

WATER GUN BATTLE

Hudson's class had a water gun fight one of their last days of school. Hudson was extremely excited about this day! He had a blast playing with his school friends!

Hudson was especially glad to play with his special buddy, Joey.

Hudson and his little admirer, Gracie, were helping each other one minute and shooting at each other then next. 

What a fun time!

AWARDS PROGRAM

During the 1st Grade awards program each child got a certificate for what Mrs. Laman thought they each excelled at during the school year. Hudson's award was for being "Mr. Chromebook." Mrs. Laman said that for the whole year Hudson had taken the role of computer (Chromebook) helper with each of his classmates, entering the password for them and getting them started. He was happy with that title.

PIZZA PARTY

Earlier in the year Hudson built a ship out of an orange juice carton in honor of Columbus Day.

He even made little paper people for the inside.

Hudson was sad to have his school year end, knowing he would homeschool the next year, but he is a good sport. He had a wonderful year with Mrs. Laman. She is such a special teacher and loved him so well. His classmates were the sweetest. We will miss TCPS.
